This is a decent refurbished-but-old-fashioned hotel with an excellent level of service from the front desk and concierge. In fact, this was so good, I'm almost tempted to give it 5/5 just for that! Nothing was too much trouble - internet cables, re-parking my badly parked car, suitcase up to the room, looking after clothes and luggage in the store... more

I have stayed at this hotel twice, once on business, and once on leisure. It is a great hotel. The rooms are huge and clean, the staff extremely helpful, and breakfast has great selection. There is room service, but no restaurant in the property. However, the concierge gave us great information for restaurant in Volos!!!! more
