I would just not recommend anyone to go there. I spent there a couple of weeks with a group, and the service was definitely not at the expected levels. The manager was not kind and treated us roughly. When we called him overnight due to a robbery case happened at the hostel, he initially even hesitated to come over! His English was not very good and he used this as an excuse not to communicate with us (apart from when he had to complain).
If you would like a cheap place while in Maribo, I would rather suggest you to refer to the B&Bs or the lovely camping places. more
