The Location is great; a block from Ny Havn; a twenty minute walk from the little mermaid and five minutes to the queen's palace. The staff is accomodating and pleasant...the breakfast is very good....dinner is mediocre.... BUT... the rooms are tiny, the beds are poor...and if you are there in the summer they will be HOT... I am very sorry to share the very bad impression I got in my second stay at this hotel. Due to different problems in three different rooms, we had to change three times our room at the fourth floor in a 3 day stay at the last days of August. Very scarce supply of water in showers and no chance... more

This hotel is badly in need of some maintenance. The walls in my "suite" were scarred. The sofa and chairs were rickety and arranged with no thought. The fabric was a shiny slick polyester. Room was small but clean and comfortable. Wireless internet worked fine, and computer in lobby also worked fine. Breakfast buffet was tasty, and dinner buffet really helped our budget. A fine touch we especially appreciated: Our son, still on US time, became hungry after midnight, and the desk clerk fetched a sandwich for him from the kitchen. more
