The staff are excellent - very well trained and very helpful. Nothing is too much trouble. Breakfast buffet is excellent, as is the food in the restaurant, with a wide variety. Stayed here just for one night. Try and get a room on the top floor - I was in 608 and the view is pretty good from the large balcony. Comfortable bed, nice seating area, mini bar, ironing board, trouser press, tea and coffee making facilities, and 2 bathrooms!!
