We had a triple room for 3 nights. Smallish with 3 people, but we put a table and chair in the corridor and that helped! Room was clean, everything worked, easy to get washing dry (an important thing!). Location was excellent, easy walk to pedestrian streets, Nyhavn, and museums. 5 of us stayed 8 nights at the Strand in Copenhagen. Front desk staff speak fluent English and were extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms are quite small but that seems to be the norm in Europe unless you are prepared to pay lots of money for a hotel. The web photos and exterior shots of this hotel would make you think it's a five star grand hotel. It's an average 3 star hotel with small expensive rooms.
