Hotel is centrally located... but it's dirty, rooms are in a very shoddy condition, broken furniture, beds etc.Bathrooms smell (broken down ventilation) sloppy daily cleaning, finger marks and stains every where. Bedding and towels a funny greyish colour. Something wrong with electronic card system, breaks down all the time. Food unmentionable. WATCH OUT FOR BICYCLE LANE in front of hotel...... more

This was a nice hotel ... rooms comfy; they did have a/c; convenient location to Tivoli and the main square and the train station. Front desk was very helpful. Didn't have the breakfast there though so can't comment on that. Would stay there again! more

This is not a first class hotel. I was very disappointed that since this hotel was the first hotel on our tour of Scandanavia, I was expecting a very nice hotel. The location is excellent, just 5 minutes walk from the central station. The rooms are clean and comfortable, not very big but good enough for just spending the night. Facilities are basic but good. We stayed here for 2 nights in June 2009 as part of a Globus tour. This hotel is a two minute walk from Tivoli and a 5-10 minute walk to the pedestrian shopping street. We booked a standard doubble room, and the rooms was just fine for us travelling with a 5 y old. The location is ok, just a few steps from Tivoli. But beware of the area! There are quite a lot of drug addicts and prostitues roaming the streets. The breakfast was not included in our price (we thought it was)... more

I've been to Copenhagen before and always stayed at a large chain hotel since I travel alone and am nervous in a lot of places.
