The First Vesterbro is a classic business hotel. After staying a few nights at the cosy Clarion Hotel Mayfair Copenhagen, the Vesterbro felt somewhat sterile. Me and about 10 friends stayed here one night for new-years 2008/2009. There's really nothing to complain about. The location is good, very close to the central trainstation, the rooms were clean and good sized. The staff was probably the best about the hotel, very kind and helpful. Hotel is centrally located... but it's dirty, rooms are in a very shoddy condition, broken furniture, beds etc.Bathrooms smell (broken down ventilation) sloppy daily cleaning, finger marks and stains every where.
