Unfortunately - aside from the lady who manages breakfast - the service was poor. The reception staff were generally unhelpful (we couldn't get an extra pillow) and the cleaners failed to replenish our plastic cup supplies after the second day. Upon arrival i was quite impressed with the location, a mere 5 minute walk from the station. The reception staff were very friendly, but laughed when i asked where the restaurant was for eveing meals (they don't have one!).
