I was ignored at check in for a good five minutes while the reception staff waited on other people who came in after me. Rooms are very small and crowded. Furniture was dusty. Hotel The Square is probably typical by Scandinavian standards; the rooms are small but nice, the staff are all efficient and all spoke English with little effort, and the room rate is high. Nice hotel, good modern decor. Room not that big and bit of squeeze to get between the bed and the TV stand! No restaurant for meals other than breakfast, but breakfast was nice Danish buffet.
