Absolutly NOT a 4 star - we stayed in nr. 69 on the first floor, the stairs was VERY dirty. Not cleaned properly for a very long time. If the stairs and the apartment had been more clean maybe I would have rated this hotel a 3 star... The bed was poor and squeking. more
