Forget sleeping if you get a room next to the sportsbar. Also very warm - no air-cond.

Rooms are pretty large, clean and functional. There is a flatscreen TV and the bed was comfortable. See pics attached. Staff was very kind and helpful and the breakfast was also ok, although the range of choices was not large. Ok, centrally located with parking within the hotel. Boring, old, rooms in need of refurbishment. Also in need of maintenance. Breakfast in a sports bar, quite modest kindly speaking - low quality products, cold eggs and so on and on. It's not worth the rates.

If your looking for an affordable non-fancy hotel in Umeå, this is it. The rooms are clean and no-nonsens (even a crt-tv) and the breakfast (served at O´Learys) is good. The room rate fits any wallet.
