I've stayed at the Living Room Hotel three times, once with my partner. I'm booking with the Living Room Hotel again as I write this review.

The Living Room is perfect: well-located clean, quiet comfortable - and affordable.

The hotel is located in a multi-story building on a quiet side street in downtown Malmö. Last time we were there, in January, we stayed in a street-level room with a pleasant view of passers-by. Patrick, the owner, a former mailman, was taking over and fully renovating rooms on the second floor. The rooms are various sized; most are compact others are larger; all are comfortable. The least expensive have WCs down the hall; the rest have them in the rooms. The rooms are simply furnished in modern Swedish furniture with TV and WiFi (wireless Internet), single, double, and bunk beds depending on their configuration. The hotel is non-smoking.
