Be warned that this business hotel is a decent taxi ride from town. And with Swedish prices, that means £16 each way on average. Get in the wrong cab as we found, and you could pay three times that. Despite what some of the reviews say, the Ariadne Scandic is pretty convenient being a short walk from a metro station that is only about 5 minutes from Central Station and indeed you really are pretty close to most of Stockholm's attractions. This hotel consistently has some of the best rates in Stockholm. It is a GREAT value, especially considering how overpriced inferior hotels are in Stockholm.
