This is a very child-friendly hotel with highchairs, cots, child buffet dinner and a small child's play room. The buffet breakfast is very good, and the hotel rooms have internet access. Stayed at the Scandic Hasselbacken for 4 nights in August. had a double and a single connecting room at a very good rate. We had been upgraded to a superior room but weren't told until check out . The rooms were spacious and clean. Not much of a view but we only went to the room to change and sleep.... more

Very good hotel on Djurgarden, near Skansen and Vasamuseum. It is a bit outside the city, but can easily be reached in ten minutes max using bus line 47 from main station or tram. My daughter and I stayed there for one night. We had a spacious superior room. It didn't have much of a view, though. Since we arrived late, this didn't matter much.
