we have stayed here twice, and had similar experience both times; very unfriendly and arrogant staff, the rooms are basic (both times not very thoroughly cleaned though) and both times we had loud air ventilations outside (from restauarants or something; it gave you an impression you were on a ship with the constant background noise). the location is good though.... more

The hotel is situated just next to the central station in the financial area. A 10 min. walk will take you to the old city. The staff was very helpful, but we found the room was falling apart.
