Breakfast Buffet is good in terms of quality and service. There are rooms for improvement. Why there is no refrigerator at room? No safe box is acceptable, but waterboiler is essential. Cup or glass is necessary too. Slipper / Hygiene Kit / Tooth Paste / Tooth Brush are good to provide at free, which improves the impression and upgrade the... More

“Mercure Stay”

The Hotel will be much nicer when totally finished. They are still working on finishing everything, but for sure I stay there in the future. Everything will be upgraded, even free internet and fittnes is now included in price.

“Renovated hotel”

We stayed in this hotel for 4 days. Location is not central, but you have a good connection to the center. In 25min you are in Gamla Stan (old town). Rooms are renovated, very clean, bed comfortable, except duvet, we were sweating horribly. Rooms are too good isolated, so it becames hot quite quickly. No aiconditioning found. Breakfast was fine.

“Compact hotel, 10min walk to subway to city, poor customer service.”

Stayed here for a week. Good value for Stockholm. Hotel is 10 mins walk to nearest subway and then 10 mins to central station. Rooms quite small. Traffic noises constantly audible from nearby highway. Rooms far too warm so need to leave window open for ventilation! Poor customer service, no willingness to please or accommodate requests. Not even a smile!... More

Great hotel and restaurant with excellent conference facilities. The subway is 10 min walk from the hotel. Free parking and a fantastic breakfast. Rooms are refurbished since a couple of months. Friendly and helpfull staff

“Are the Swedish Hotels in Ue or not?”

Incredible but true... At the reception of the hotel they asked for my passport. I showed them my identity card, that I showed to the aiport police... but they said that's not enough and that in Scandivanian countries sometimes the hotel director can ask for passport. Is that legal or not? Anyway... before that strange request it could be better... More

Very good value for money. Simple standard and very functional. The rooms are quite big and the beds are quite good. Good hot breakfast. Private free parking. Pets are welcome. Close enough to the subway to go to downtown.
