I think my headline says it all. For a four star hotel the room could have been a bit bigger, but all in all this is a great hotel. more

Good location, the hotel is at a walking distance to downtown attractions. I got a superior room, the bed was great and it was nicely decorated: dark wood , wood floor, cool shower, BUT quite small. Don't know if it is because I got their special rate of 2 for 1, which is a great deal by the way. The... more

I stayed at this hotel for three nights during a business trip. There was really only one thing that was bad, and that was the stability of the free wifi connection. I had big trouble getting a stable connection so I can't recommend it if you need internet connectivity. In other aspects there is nothing wrong with the hotel, although... more

I consider this hotel to be the very worst of my Globus tour of Scandanavia. And even worse, I had to spend two nights here. The hotel was located in the Kungsholm area within walking distance of central Stockhom but it is a long walk. The hotel was located over the Radhus subway station and they were repairing the blue... more

We booked this hotel through an agency which included entry to many museums and other Stockholm attractions. Had chosen there because it was the closest to city center (advertised as 5 minutes walking distance) and because the city center hotels were fully booked. Walking to and from the city center is not so bad if the weather conditions are good.... more

Stayed for 3 nights. The rooms were very tiny -Claustrophobic- no airconditioning- could not open the windows as extremely noisy day & nightimes. One member of our party moved 3 times, another wanted to go home. The lobby was huge - appeared to hadnt given much thought in design- more on 1st appearance than comfort for the guests. more

We stayed here for two nights as part of a Globus tour in June 2009. There were several elevators with keycard access, all but one were very small – holding about 3 people each. We always took the stairs. There was a large gift shop in the lobby and a small pool and sauna at the hotel. The lobby is... more

What you need to know: Don't get street side rooms, especially on weekend. Large night club below hotel which empties out around 3 a.m and will sound like rioting for at least an hour. Underground that is under hotel does directly connect to city center. That line is closed for the next couple years. Is possible to go opposite direction... more

I tend to stay in Stockolm quite often and usually I choose between Reisen or Amaranten. Amaranten is a big hotel, not personalized service (there are two staff members that so far has not given me a smile or a welcome that makes you feel welcome). If you want a standard product Amaranten is for you. Otherwise, pay the extra... more

This hotel is quite nice -- nice pool and sauna, great lobby, really friendly staff, and a really nice breakfast. I personally found the rooms to be quite good, though I do not think I would rate the standard rooms above three stars. It seems that often the superior rooms are not much more than the stanadrd rooms, so definitely... more
