Very efficient front desk, got me installed in my room in less than 5 mins. They also helped reallocate me to a non smoking room without an interconnecing door, even though the hotel was full. I stayed at Rica Talk between 12-13 of December 2007 and paid 695 SEK (75 Euro) for one night including breakfast. That is a very good price and has clearly been considered in the review. This new property located just next to the Convention centre is approx 10 mins by train to Stockholm. A few minutes walk and your at the "Alvsjo station" with trains taking you directly to Stockholm city. If not mistaken the trains goes every 15 mins.
