Our large family group stayed here in July, 2008. Most families opted for the "apartment" style rooms, one group chose the "luxury" apartment. The apartment style rooms were not really apartment-like, just a largish room with a minimal kitchenette, a small couch, and two twin beds. The second "bedroom" felt more like a large closet, with a very small double bed and a single pull-down bunk bed above it. Nevertheless, the room was clean and the beds were reasonably comfortable. The furnishings were a bit dated, but fine. There isn't much storage space for luggage, but ingenuity saved the day.
The main selling point of the hotel is their family-friendly swimming pools and spa area. The children absolutely loved it and it was a great way to keep everyone happy. Couples and singles probably would do better elsewhere, but it was great for families.
