Keskustahotelli in Kuopio has a good location near the market place. The hotel is shabby and worn, rooms are ok. The breakfast was also ok, the usual. Personnel also looked shabby and tired but they were helpful. One night in double room was about 75 e, so if you can choose: pay 10 euros more and go to Scandic.
