The Crowne Plaza Helsinki isn't righ in the center but it is an acceptable distance away. The hotel is fairly nice and everything is clean. The concierge was extremely kind and did everything he could to find us a good restaurant, the rest of the staff was also quite nice. more

I am writing this while still at the Crowne Plaza. We arrived to a very friendly staff, clean and spacious lobby, and clean and spacious room on the 7th floor, overlooking the street. Nice quiet location yet just a few minutes to the city center by foot or easy tram ride right from the front of the hotel. The high-frequency Finnair Airport Bus stops just behind the property. Room was spotless with free internet. The bed was a little soft and the decor looked rather 1980s, but everything functioned and was extremely clean.... more
