Very nice hostel. Well kept and clean. Great location but could get a little noisy due to numerous bars and pubs. All the good sides of a hostel (down-to-earth, friendly, value etc) are hard not to notice whereas the negatives are kept to a minimum. Leaves good impression.

I stayed here for 2 nights. There was a nice atmosphere about the place, and the guests were friendly and always chatting to one another. Hostel Erottajanpuisto is a cosy hostel in the centre of Helsinki. The location is very good and staff friendly. We stayed in a 6 bed female dorm with my friend and we both really liked the place. I would definitely stay here again.
