I had reservation to stay in hotel for four days,but I check out after two days. Room was dusty, toilet dirty. I saw cockroaches in the room.!!!!!! I had to run away from this hotel!!!! more
The Cumulus hotel in Turku leaves a lot to be desired. Rooms are not air conditioned and windows do not open. It was a sweat box. The rooms did not meet my standard of cleanliness - there was mold in the shower and the room cleaning maids did not come every day. We went several days with no room cleaning... more
I stayed here in August of 2007. When I arrived I was not feeling well and the desk clerk allowed me to check into my room early (8:30 a.m.!) and did not charge me any extra!
