We had two rooms in Radisson SAS in August and they were both very hot. Otherwise rooms were ok but a bit small. Fransmanni restaurant was nice, good service and good food. The breakfast was horrendous, like someone wrote. Masses of people, food and cutlery running out all the time. If I stayed there again, I would follow the advice... more

I stayed in this hotel for one night during July. If you don't live in Finland then July is the hottest month and also when all work stops and the whole country is on holiday. That probably explains why they don't bother with any air conditioning at the hotel: there are no business travellers in July and holidaymakers I suppose... more

I stayed for 2 nights in April. Friendly and professional staff at the reception. The room i got on the 9th floor was fine. The facilities including tv and internet worked perfectly. Stayed for 2 nights at the end of November in the part of the hotel accross the street from the lobby. The room was excellent, Plazma TV (No english channels though), minibar, underfloor heating in the large bathroom & a big walk in shower. Only down side was that there was no tea or coffee making facilities in the room.... more

Rooms in the same building where the lobby is are much better than across the street. Amenities such as tv channels choice, internet and room service are good. Slightly old feel in the restaurant, it could use a makeover. more
