This was the most expensive guesthouse we had on our trip, but the standard was more or less the same as the rest of them. The breakfast had more to wish for. The room was quite nice and the staff helpful. Next time to Husavik we would try to find a cheaper guesthouse.

Be aware, the same owner has another house called the "Myvatn Road Guesthouse" 5 km away from town which is not as nice as everybody rates this one. We stayed here in July 2011, the manager was really nice, breakfast was served upstairs in a nice cosy rooms. Bathrooms are shared but nothing to worry about - next door, very clean, either with a shower or a bathtub.
