We spent 3 days/2 nights in Rekyjavik at Hotel Holt. Desk staff gave excellent service. Artwork on the walls provided a lot of character. Found this hotel on Trip Adviser and glad we booked it. My sister and I had a room with twin beds and they were very comfortable. Nice lobby and bar area. We like walking so it was fun to explore. On trip back we booked into Center Hotel Plaza which was right in town. But everything is closeby. more

The holt hotel is a nice, oldfashioned hotel. I felt very personally cared for while I was there. The reception staff really make the effort to make sure we are comfortable and they have plenty of recommendations for restaurants and tours. Use them if you go there. While the interiour is not cutting edge the staff are very helpful and friendly and it is very clean and comfortable. more
