The quality of the hotel was very good for the price we paid. The staff was very helpful. Buffet breakfats was good and had a large variety of food. Parking was free. Only complaint could be the older furniture and TVs in the rooms. more

I stayed 4 days, arrived at noon and room not ready till few hours later. Faulty electrical, internet connections not working and gloomy corridors and joyless atmostphere n some creepy experiences. Please, if you want to be in Malta, get some sea view or check the newer ones nearby... On a positive note, shopping malls is a short walk doen... more

We had booked 1 week half-board. We had a nice, quiet room, the staff were very helpful and polite. But the food did not come up to my expectations. Just returned from 9 days in Victoria Hotel. Lovely atmosphere in the hotel and very friendly, helpful staff. Room was very clean and comfortable. Hotel located less than 10 minutes from the ferries and sea front. The 3 swimming pools were welcome in a city centre location with plenty of sunbeds. Avoid the 7th floor at all cost!!! Allocated room 713 on a late arrival. Not a superior room nor a balcony as booked, 50% electrics not working and no air conditioning.
