On arrival we were allocated room 713, we had to request a move the following day as the air-con was not working. Once this was resolved the rest of our stay was very pleasant. more

Avoid the 7th floor at all cost!!! Allocated room 713 on a late arrival. Not a superior room nor a balcony as booked, 50% electrics not working and no air conditioning. we spend the first night in a fantastic 8th floor room, with a wonderful view from the bed and from the bathroom. but the air conditioned wasn't working and we changed room. in the second room we appreciated the balcony. the staff is very kind and helpfull. more
