We booked a sea view room with fantasic views over to Valletta
The only drawback was the constant noise from the traffic below but you got used to it.

The room was huge but always smelled of stale cigarette smoke but you got used to that too (and leaving the balcony window open helped too!)

Breakfast was disappointing - tea/coffee/orange juice, toast, cornflakes or plain yoghurt. To be honest it would have been better to have been able to book room only as we ate out for breakfast every day.

The staff were all polite and courteous, and as we were only sleeping there and being out all day, the lack of other facilities did not bother us.

Being one of the cheaper hotels on the strand, I would recommend it for couples who just need somewhere clean and tidy to crash out for a few nights!
