The service was always good, we did find that though, particularly in the Phoenix it has certainly sharpened up and was much more attentive. The restaurant manager couldn’t have been more helpful. Arrived at 5pm on Sunday for a 6 night stay - only room available was on the smoking floor (we're non smokers). Allocated room was hot & stuffy - the air conditioning was broken (handyman fixed it) but the cooling airflow was so feeble that the room remained warm, only window in room opened slightly so little in the way... more

Great location. Hotel is clean, comfortable and the staff so friendly and helpful. Pool area was great with good views over one of the harbours. There's nothing to say to criticise this hotel. more
