The staff was great, very welcoming. Giovanni makes you feel at home from the moment you walk in.He gave great food recommendations. The hotel is only a 10 minute walk from the city center and right across the street from the train station. I would stay here again.

Stayed in the Carlton recently for three nights, ideal lcoation in Luxembourg, close to the train station and various bars and restauants. Free wifi in the rooms which is an added bonus. Gianni at reception is extremely helpful, highly recommend staying here. Booked with booking.com which was cheaper than booking directly.
