The communal areas of this hotel are quite pleasant. However the rooms and upper coridoors Could do with some TLC.

Here on one day business trip and was out into this hotel. Terrible. It's low rate, hot, no air conditioning, nothing. But it's cheap - so if you are not with family, not on business, just backpacking and don't have any money, this may be place for you.

The TV and Frig had electrical problems. One side of the rooms electrical outlets didn't work. So room was kinda dark. The hair dryer was broken.
