The title sais everything about this hotel... It very close to the European Parliament (you just cross the main road), and 1,5 km from the center.. where you need at least 1 day for shopping.. :)) The rooms are cleaned each day, are very large beds, big rooms, and is very nice decorated.. Bog standard business hotel at the lower end of the quality scale.... Rooms are basic and smell a little of stale smoke. Breakfast is manic with everyone eating at the same time before work and the staff can't really keep up. Quality of the food is low. Stayed for 1 night as was on business in European area. The superior room was comfortable, good firm bed, and clean. However the room was too hot and we could not get the temperature down, and I could hear neighbours talking, opening doors etc... There was a lightbulb missing in the room so it was dark. Not a bad novotel this one. Handy for the bus tour of Luxembourg, but a bit pricey to eat. we thought the decor was a bit tired, and their wasnt much for the kids at this Novotel. But ok for a stop over, and a bit of sight seeing. more

If going for business in Kirchberg, European Buildings area, it's a perfect hotel. I wouldn't recommend for family with young children/crawlers : theCARPETS are old, I mean, very old, and play area very limited (1 slide & 2 swings) no indoors as advertised !
