We stayed at this hotel four nights. The location is great...right on the N10 just outside Echternach, so coming home from our daily excursions was easy and didn't involve city traffic and oneway streets. The hotel has ample parking, too, which was a plus since we had a car.

The owner speaks English, German, Dutch, and French and was very accomodating. Breakfast was served in a nice atrium. It was a typical continental breakfast served to your table and quite filling. Dinner was also served in this room, and you need to tell the owner earlier in the day that you will be attending dinner so that they can prepare. The food was very nice, mostly prepared in the French style with several nice choices, and the service was nice.

Our room was en suite with a shower and toilet and we had a small sitting area for extra moving room. All in all, a nice little place to come back to each night. Echternach was 5-10 minutes away. Luxembourg City was about 30-40 minutes by car... more
