We spent 3 days in kyrenia, it is worth the trip if you are already in cyprus. From limossol it took about an hour and half to get there. You will have to go through a check point as kyrenia is in north cyprus which is goverment run by turkey. The shopping and the food down by the harbour is... more

The place is not a winter resort. Although the weather was good the place was overgrown. The mini villas and pink court are closed so only main hotel open. We went half board , breakfast was fine, but dinners were bad. Rooms were basic and cleaning was not to a great standard. No entertainment unless you go to the casino... more

This hotel is an odd mixture of snobby entrance hall and uneven paths by the swimming pools. There was a man-made beach which looked like a building site and a rather disused tennis court. The swimming pools are unheated - even the indoor one so be prepared for a shock if you fancy a dip. The food was rather repetitive... more

The hotel is in need of some renovation , especially the bathrooms , I was on the first floor with a lovely view of the car park which was being repaired. Our first time in North Cyprus, and what a country. Definately will return for some more. Oscars is a beautiful resort, with so much to do, and at the same time a great place to do nothing. Kids loved it, wife loved it, ticks all the boxes for all age groups. more
