We have just returned from a one week stay at this hotel, which was booked with the needs of a disabled person in mind. It was the worst hotel I have stayed in, in 19 years of travelling.

Rundown and totally unsuitable, lifts of which there were 2 were totally inadequate for a wheelchair person. The lift would not accomodate the wheelchair at all and the person had to get out of the chair to use the lift. I dread to think what would have happened had this not been possible.

Food was boring and uninspired only ate breakfast although paid for halfboard one evening meal was enough to decide where to eat. The morning the electricity failed did not even have that.

Surroundings totally wornout and shabby!!! Needs a total refurbishment.

Staff morale seemed low.

Anyone who has standards give this one a miss and don't waste your money.
