Rooms are ok, spa is good, gym is nice, children's play are and activities well organised and in general the service is good as the hotel is really full of staff... but I could not believe the queue of tourists at 7.15 am to get towels at 8 am for the sun loungers. As a policy we do not allow reservations of sunbeds at the pool prior to 8am. This is to avoid the age old problem which proliferates in most resorts around the world where guests sneak down to place towels and belongings at dawn in order to reserve the best beds and usually achieves nothing more than friction and ill feeling...

We arrived to be told by our taxi driver that the hotel was good but the road was very very noisy and had forced even him to move home and we wish we had joined him!
