the stay we had at the avenida was dissapointing, the rooms were damp and really basic. The description about this building in the brochure is obviously about a different hotel a there is no resemblence! Many of the facilities are non existant and the ones that are, are in very poor conditon such as the bedrooms, they are very shabby and have a musty smell.
