This was our first trip to Polis and Mariela and it will surely not be the last. Polis and the surroundings were charming and relaxing. The climate was perfect. The appartments at Mariela have a good size and what you need for cooking. The ownwers were very nice and friendly people. Next year we will go back for five weeks. more

Well as the other reviews go I was gob smacked. True ... on arrival there was Alambos offering me a nice cup of coffee and a welcoming chat. My husband and I stayed in the Mariela during July just for a weekend. The hotel was great value for money and in a good location - within walking distance to the "square" where you'll find quite a few of restaurants (we recommend "4U restaurant / cafe bar" - especially for breakfast).
