Stayed in February. Hired car in Girona and drove there. The road from girona to Andorra goes high through high mountain and is very bendy. No problem if not snowing but would be difficult in snow. In these conditions I would recommend heading south intiaitlly and picking main barcelona road to Andorra. The hotel will help you out to buy... more
