The main problem - in service and absence of heating in room. Just imagine night in room with average temperature about 12-14 C!!! We used three blankets and our clothes but it doesn't help. Guys from reception just offer to us chenge hotel. And we do it on morning. Some rooms have good heating - but if you unlucky nobody... more
