The front of house staff were deliberately difficult. This hotel was booked through the Travel Republic. Despite the hotel being informed that we would not arrive until 10pm and that we would require food, when we arrived at 9:40 pm we were told that they could not give us food because their food licence expired at 9:30pm!! Throughout the stay the restaurant was often open after 9:30pm. I think that because it was a Sunday night they couldn't be bothered. When we asked where we could eat, they just shrugged their shoulders, and this was despite the fact that we had two seven years olds with us. They couldn't have cared less.
The food is the very worst i have ever had. I have never eaten prison food but I would honestly think it would be better. You got huge portions of what can only be described as disgusting muck.
