The only reason for the excellent rating is the food. Four of us booked this hotel at the last minute and it was excellent value. This is a very friendly hotel which I would recommend. All the staff, especially the hotel manager were very friendy and did everything they could to make our stay enjoyable, including providing us with dinner on arrival at 11.45pm !!! The hotel has a lively bar which is on the route of most of the pub crawls in the area... more
