We stayed at the Ambassador over the Easter period, booked online for the total amount of £370 for 3 nights, including buffet breakfast. Hotel is situated next to the Old Town, ports of Monaco and Fontvielle, Place d´Armes bus stop, Commercial center Fontvielle with supermarket, fruit market (Marche La Condamine). It's quit far from Monte-Carlo and Larvotto districts, but there is an excellent bustraffic (1€/trip, 3€ daypass, 6€/10trips) or you may just have a walk. It is not conveniently located, cabs are not readily available. The management was not accommodating when I asked to check out early.
