The Mercure is very clean and friendly with comfortable rooms. It is a good 15 minute walk from the town centre, but if you get the hang of the trams it is pretty easy. Travelled several times to Graz for business, always staying 1-2 nights in this hotel. Pros: location is easy to access from near highways. Easy parking (although pricey), quite, clean, free wi-fi, in room mini-bar reasonably priced and complementary coffe machine. “ok, but nothing special”

Rooms are clean and functional. Service is OK. Wireless is free but at times slow. It does however have little charm, so does the location (though it is an easy walk to the center of the town). If you are looking for a functional solution in the specific area of the town, this hotel might be a very good alternative.... More

“Good stay with one hitch”

I was happy with everything about the stay, including food and cleanliness. The only problem was that the internet was not working for the whole of my 2 day stay. For a hotel which welcomes business guests, this is not acceptable.
