It was normal, but receptionist was really nice. The hotel was okay but the shower was too small. The lift was really slow. Someone left my window open. So there was really cool in the room. Check it if you enter. Hotel has normal and free wifi connection.

Very good location, close to the train station and historical center of the city. The rooms are unexpectedly large, warm, with a sofa, armchairs, chairs, table. Unfortunately extensive works are being carried in the street outside the hotel. The hotel did not inform us of this inconvenience. It hampered mobilty with the tram, public transport and even walking. The first morning was like an earthquake with the room shaking because of the works.

The hotel is typic average city hotel in one of old buildings with a very central location, close to the Old Town and on waliking distance to the train station. I really liked the location, we walked to the center, we walked to the trains, everthing you would wish for. I would suugest to avoid the smokers rooms, no carpet, weird smells but our bedroom was large and so was the bathroom.

This hotel does not look like anything special from the outside. It is rather close to the train station, so easily accessible, however, a bit far if you like to spend time in the 'downtown' area of Graz.
