As a travel agent I would recommend this hotel mainly because of its location to the Old Town. The room was large but somewhat impersonal. Breakfast was served in a beautiful room and was fine. This is a 5 star hotel with a 4 star look. more

Sadly, Graz tourism says its a 5 star, but its definitely not one. Great decor at reception area and jazz brunch is good too, but rooms not that good. Very small suites and WC in bath room- not that 5star like! But nevertheless, the location is over the top- there isnt a better location for a hotel! more

This is a beautiful hotel with art deco design, located right across the river from the Old Town, shops and cafes. I say "probably" , as I have not stayed in every hotel in Graz......Yet! The location, interior decor, and general "Old World Charm" of this fine establishment would sure take some beating!
