We booked this room while visiting Salzburg for our 25th anniversary. The desk was friendly but not overly friendly. No extra perks for it being our anniversary but it's not America either. I just came back from staying a week at this hotel. It is a nice family hotel. I guess the worst was the European toilet paper. Make sure and bring your wipes.
