I booked this hotel based on reviews and was very disappointed. Room was tiny by Austrian standards. Bedding was 'hypo-allergenic' - for this read polyester. Not a feather pillow or quilt in sight. This hotel is located within site of the rail station, but a bit out of the town center. The rooms are traditional Austrian: sparse but clean. I LOVED THIS HOTEL! It looks extremely Austrian - very quaint. Free parking in lot right outside. The room was fairly large (for European standards) and very clean. We stayed on the Mozart floor (I believe I requested the Sound of Music room, but no biggie). The bathroom was really cool. It had a frosted glass door with Mozart's picture.... more
