This hotel, was well refurbished, with quite comfortable and big rooms. The family room has 3 bathrooms which is fantastic! Excellent breakfast (friendly staff) and the location could not be better! Is close to the historic center, just cross the river. Pleasant bar, free wifi throughout hotel. I will recommend it to my friends.

First, location was great! Right on the river and 5 min walk to Old City. Check in and parking was a bit of an experience. The hotel was difficult to find as we drove into town, and then the unloading area was difficult as it was up the street from the hotel a ways. Best location in Innsbruck. The hotel is an easy walk to all the main attractions. Our room had a panoramic view which was just beautiful. Service was courteous, good selection at the breakfast buffet. Got an early bird rate, so value of our stay was excellent.

a very good location near the old city , so that you can do all the visits of the town by walking! The most important thing is that you have a garage for the car , and that gives a safe feeling! Very helpfull staff at the desk and friendly! The rooms are small , but ok with all amenties.

I have stayed at the hotel for single night. The room is extremly tiny, the bathroom is hard to use- so small. The only good thing was the view from the window- the river. other then that its over priced, and not a 4 star hotel. Carni

The hotel is located in a very nice part of Innsbruck, very close to the old town. To the recommendations, select the panoramic view. The staffs (at reception and restaurant) are very polite and friendly. The rooms are clean, maybe small, but sufficient for a short stay. Breakfast is good. In any case, I warmly recommend this hotel.
