Location on Innsbruck's main square, Maria-Theresien-Strasse, is a big plus if you like, as I do, a view of "life's passing pageant" from your window. This assumes that you get a room in front, and there are only a couple on each floor. We had room 404 and couldn't have been more pleased; hustle and bustle below and the Alps... more

I really liked the Tourotel Breinossl. It was in a nice central location, the staff were very helpful to us. The room was clean, of a good size and in good condition. The evening meal and breakfast were only average. more

Central location. Beautiful area. Tatty rooms with below average facilities. No bar open and bar area very un-welcoming. Not even mini-bar or tea-making facilities in room. Food average and service extremely slow-2hrs to serve 1 course to 2 people, 2 night running!! Reception staff mostly surly and unhelpful. Beds uncomfortable. Would certainly not return. more
