I spent one night at the Hotel Maximilian and experienced true small town life. The hotel is located in the heart of Innsbruck with amazing views of the Alps and a convinent location to many attractions. The rooms are a bit small with even a tinier bathroom. A bit outdated but quaint with old fashioned wooden beds (with a proper mattress) and light fittings. The rooms were very clean. This hotel is located in a wonderful part of the city. Close to a lot of activities. However we found the management was not tolerant of large groups and families. I will not stay at this hotel again unfortunately. more
